Yes — and here is everything a careful person would want to check before spending 25 CHF with a shop they have not heard of.
Checkout runs on Stripe. The card number and the security code go straight there; we get told that a payment succeeded and nothing else. There is no card data on this server to lose.
There are finished songs on the homepage, in several styles, each produced the same way yours will be. Play them with the sound on before you decide anything.
Reply to the e-mail your song arrives in and say what is wrong. A producer reads it and makes the song again. No charge, no argument, no form to fill in.
If revisions do not fix it, write to us within thirty days of delivery and we refund you. The policy in full.
Write to that address with a question before you order — the speed and the manner of the answer will tell you more about a shop than any badge on its homepage.
Every one of these was produced the way a customer's song is produced, from a written brief. Play them with the sound on.
Anniversary · Acoustic / Singer-songwriter
Birthday · Pop Ballad
Wedding · R&B / Soul
Mother's Day · Indie Folk
The part people really want to know, without the hedging. Your answers become the words: the names, the places, the dates and the in-jokes you wrote down are the fixed points, and the rest of the lyric is written around them. The song itself is then created with modern production technology, in the style and the voice you chose. Last, a producer listens to the whole thing against your brief before it is sent — the story it tells, the mood, a clean mix, nothing clipped or cut short. If it misses, it goes back and is made again.
What you get is a finished, produced track, not a demo: full length, mixed, yours to download and keep. Nobody else is given a copy and no part of it is reused for anybody else.
Yes. The shop is run by Atlas Marketing Group LLC, registered in State of Wyoming, USA, at 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Support is support@mygiftsong.com and it is answered by a person.
Payment is handled by Stripe, which is a PCI Level 1 provider and the same processor used by a great many shops you already buy from. Your card number goes to Stripe, not to us — we never see it and there is nothing here for anyone to steal.
Your brief is what the song is made of. The names, the moments and the detail you write down are the fixed points, and the words are built around them rather than around a template with a name dropped into it. We use modern production technology to create it in the style and the voice you chose, and nothing goes out automatically: a producer listens to every track against your brief before it is released — the story it tells, the mood, whether the mix is clean — and sends it back to be made again if it misses. If it still is not right when it reaches you, saying so costs nothing and we do it again.
Reply to the e-mail it arrived in and say what missed — a name said wrong, a verse that misses, the wrong feeling — and we make it again at no charge. If it still is not right, tell us within 30 days and we will refund you.
Every sample on the site was produced by the same process that makes a customer song, from a written brief — the same questions you would answer. They are on the homepage and you can play all of them before you spend anything.
You do. Play it at an event, post it, send it to whoever you like. We do not resell it, we do not reuse any part of it for anybody else, and nobody else is given a copy.
If the song misses, we make it again for nothing, as many times as it takes. If it still is not right, you get your money back. That is the whole arrangement.
